I saw a social media post about Fitfo and wanted to check it out and it definitely exceeded my expectations for an app being launched just a week ago. The AI Coach is super helpful, gave me some awesome cues for the SLDL as I’ve been feeling some lower back pain in it recently. Great work Fitfo team, excited to see the new features you all launch!

I've saved so many workout videos to my TikTok favorites and have forgotten about them every single time so this actually solves all the problems. Also, AI coach is so helpful. I wish it could overwrite my sets, though in case I want to make changes and it recommends me to do something.

This app, along with guidance from trainer Nagaldinne has given me the self confidence to go to the grocery store and talk to my family again.
