Move or skip one day's fast without changing your recurring routine. Save adjustments for individual dates, let reminders follow the adjusted time, and check for overlapping fasts before saving.
Private routine reviews
Compare saved planned and recorded start times, and summarize your Easy, Fine, and Hard reflections. Reviews show dates, sample counts, and missing data. Calculations happen on your device, helping you understand your recorded routine without treating missing days as failures.

Your routine, your records
TrueFast works locally by default. If you enable Pro sync, your records use your private iCloud database. Apple Health integration is optional. In Settings, you can send feedback through an email draft you review before sending; basic app and device diagnostics are optional and off by default.
TrueFast is intended for adults. Fasting may not be appropriate for children, teens, pregnant or breastfeeding people, people with a history of eating disorders, or people with certain medical conditions.
