Style folders, match your desk

New: Desktops. 37 wallpapers in 5K made to match your folder skins, set with a splash. Foldy is now free to start, and Pro unlocks every pack.
Your folders all look the same. Foldy fixes that, and now your whole desktop too.
Turn plain folders into little works of art: fluffy fur, cherry blossom, marble, fire, holographic chrome, takeout boxes and more. Then pick a wallpaper made to match, and watch it wash across your screen.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Drop one or more folders into Foldy, or press ⌘O
2. Click a skin to preview it on your folder
3. That's it. Auto-apply sets the icon for you in 3 seconds
DESKTOPS THAT MATCH
• 37 wallpapers in 5K, grouped into stacks: Pack Moods, Organizers, Cozy Desks, Color Blocks, Collages and Minimal
• Pack Moods switch between day and night with Light and Dark mode, on their own
• Organizers have empty zones to sort folders into and park widgets
• Every desktop shows which skin pack it goes with, one click away
• Setting one is a show: the new picture washes in as a glowing wave across every display, with a chime
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
• 100+ skins in 12 packs, with new ones arriving without an update
• Live preview shows the result before anything changes
• Batch mode restyles a whole set of folders in one go
• Recently Used keeps your favorite skins close
• Reset Icon returns the standard look whenever you want
• Keyboard first: ⌘O to choose, ⌘↩ to apply, ⌘⌫ to reset
• Right-click any folder, then Services, then Make Stylish to jump straight in
FREE TO START
The Original and Special packs (27 skins) and a set of desktops are free. Foldy Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks every pack, every desktop and every future drop. No subscription. Bought Foldy before it went free? Pro is already yours.
MADE TO FIT IN
Foldy uses the standard system icon feature, so your folders keep their new look everywhere: on the desktop, in windows, in the Dock and in open and save dialogs. Nothing runs in the background, and your files are never touched or moved.
