Your starting point guard wants a max extension, the front office expects a playoff run, and the 20-year-old at the end of your bench might be worth twice what you're paying him. What do you do? Dunk Manager is a basketball GM game. You don't shoot and you don't dribble: you make the calls, as general manager and head coach, and you live with them season after season. THE AMERICAN LEAGUE Thirty franchises, a draft lottery, the salary cap and the luxury tax. Scout the class, move up or down, build multi-player trades with future picks thrown in, work free agency and decide who gets paid before someone else does. The other GMs have their own plans, and they'll turn down a lopsided offer. THEN THERE'S THE REST OF THE WORLD Seventeen leagues in all. Top and second divisions in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Turkey and Greece, plus Lithuania, Israel, the Adriatic league and the Philippines, with two European cups for the clubs that finish on top. You pick which leagues make up your world, and players move between them. The kid you passed on in the draft might show up three years later in Istanbul, playing against you. Fair warning: the bigger the world, the slower the sim. EUROPE IS A DIFFERENT JOB Over there, your budget is your cap. You pay transfer fees, negotiate buyout clauses, upgrade your arena and facilities, hire your assistant, trainer and doctor. Finish last and you get relegated. Start in the second division and the only way up is winning. THE PHILIPPINE LEAGUE, DONE PROPERLY Three conferences in one season, three titles up for grabs. The import rules change every tournament: none in the first, one in the second, one under 6'6" in the third. The top four seeds get twice-to-beat in the quarterfinals, the salary cap is hard, and the rookies come out of the college leagues. SCOUTING Send your scouts across six continents. At first all you get on a prospect is a range, and the longer they watch him, the tighter it gets. Bring the best ones in for a workout before draft night. YOUR CAREER The board sets goals over several seasons: playoffs, staying up, promotion, European qualification. Miss them and you're fired. Hit them and other clubs come calling. Meanwhile the league keeps moving: players develop, peak, age, retire, and a few make the Hall of Fame. PLAY IT YOUR WAY Follow a game play by play or sim through whole weeks in seconds. Full box scores, standings, league leaders, records and end-of-season awards. Rosters for the current season are a free download inside the game. After that it plays offline, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Available in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese. If you've spent years yelling at your team's front office, now it's your turn.

I love this game and it’s great and I’m glad it has a new update but I have complaints. Rookie deals for frps only last 3 years instead of 4 since the first year of the contract was executed in the season they were drafted in even though they had no impact on the court since the season was already over. Can you make rookie deals last 4 years like real life? It’s the same for second rounders where the deals go from 2 to 1 year. Also, contracts for second rounders are always guaranteed and it’s not like in real life where you can choose to pay them or release them but no, I always have to pay them, and if I’m trying to make cap room, I gotta trade seconds for later seconds, and that gets annoying really quickly. And it’s either that or releasing them and eating 200k of dead weight. Can you make contracts non guaranteed? I am also not able to trade for picks after the season is over and I’m just stuck with what I have. Can you make it like real life where you can start trading once your season is over? Also, Players on other teams get too expensive too quickly. Once I did a Memphis rebuild and tried to trade for a year 7 cooper Flagg but his salary was too inflated because he only renewed his contract for 2 years on his second deal, which is the base contract length for superstars, so his third contract was worth 66 million a year this wasn’t the case for only him but for many stars in the league. This gets worse with new rookies since they just come in and have 3 years on their rookie deal, 2 on their next one, and by year six they’re making 60 million. I get that the salary cap increasing by 3 million each year sort of tries to account for players getting expensive but it truly does become a problem later in a save when I get to the finals with a rebuilding playin team because my opponents in the 1st round are playing a pf at sg and in the conference finals they have a pg at center because the starters are injured and they don’t have any depth because of the salary their stars take up. Just make contracts for younger players longer. Please make sure these issues get fixed so the game is more enjoyable. Otherwise, amazing game, I really enjoy it, keep up the good work.

Decent game definitely has potential

Okay so one, with the trades I make that are supposed to include draft picks I end up never receiving the draft pick I traded for. Another think is a better UI we should be able to sim a whole season especially when rebuilding. Scouting isn’t a feature as well as developing my coach or my players that would definitely be a good feature to add. Is still a fun game that’s just some thoughts I had while playing. Seen your reply and I can’t wait for the updates, will change to a 5 star now

The Philippine league is here, and it's the real format: three conferences in one season, each with its own title. Import rules change from one tournament to the next, you name your roster before every conference, the top four get twice-to-beat in the quarters and the salary cap is hard. Rookies come out of the college leagues.
