ScaffDocs 4.7.0 What's New in This Version Give your chargehands their own ScaffDocs login, a username and PIN made in the office, no email needed. Send them jobs straight to their phone with instructions, drawings, RAMS and photos. They accept, tell you when they're on site, fill in the handover, inspection and other site documents, scan the scaffold tag and add completion photos. Everything comes back to the job, and you get a notification at each step. • They see only the jobs you send them, and can't change the office's records • Job files: every document on their jobs, sorted into folders • Something's come up? What's new in 4.6 CLIENT REQUESTS IN THE PORTAL Your clients can now ask you to remove or alter their scaffold, or report a problem, straight from their client portal. They pick a preferred date, add access notes and photos, and you get a push notification. Nothing is booked until you confirm the date. VARIATIONS APPROVED ONLINE Price an alteration, or tap Send variation on any job. Your client approves it in their portal with their name, gets a PDF record, and you add it to the invoice in one tap. BEAM WORK YOUR WAY Put beams at any lift, not just the first. Switch the intermediate support legs off when there's nowhere to land them. Both beam ends now sit on doubled standards on every drawing. GABLE LIFTS Add a hop-up of 1 to 3 lifts over part of any elevation to reach a gable or chimney. It's drawn boarded, guarded, tied and braced on both drawings, and added to your load list. Plus fixes and improvements to notifications and the client portal. TG20 PRO drawings – open any scaffold drawing and tap TG20 PRO drawing for a full A3 working drawing: plan, every elevation, section A-A, sole board and tie details, and your logo in the title block, with the TG20:21 compliance sheet as page 2. Drawings outside TG20:21 limits are clearly marked as needing a bespoke design. 3D designer – set a different scaffold length on each side, give every lift its own height (e.g. 2.0, 1.0, 0.8 m) and choose which lifts are boarded. Ladders go straight past unboarded lifts. 7.5 tonne PCN appeals – in Documents → Company / HR, photograph a weight-limit PCN, pick the delivery job and your appeal letter is ready to copy. Holidays at a glance – see who is off now and in the next 2 weeks in Scaffolders, with a warning if you book someone who is away. Fixes – marking invoices paid now saves (please re-mark any paid invoices); no more duplicate invoices or skipped invoice numbers; editing a job keeps its inspection dates and DO NOT USE status; no duplicate schedule bookings; beam work now shows on drawing PDFs; Home loads offline.

What's New in ScaffDocs 4.4.0 Online quote requests - turn on your own 2-minute quote form in My Company → Quote form and share the link on WhatsApp, your website or Instagram. Clients choose where the scaffold goes, pavement licence and temporary roof, add photos and confirm their building on Google Street View. Requests arrive instantly in Job Register → Requests. AI quote prep - every request comes with a suggested scaffold, a draft scope of works and a list of things to check before pricing, using the client's photos plus Street View and satellite images. Clients sign quotes online — tap Send quote to client and send it by WhatsApp or email. Your client reads the quote and signs on their phone. The job is added to your Job Register and the client to your Clients automatically, and you can book the erection date in one tap. What's New in ScaffDocs 4.3.0 Client Portal — invite clients to view their compliance documents online with a single secure link. They can see inspections, RAMS, handovers, invoices and more, any time, with no password needed. Manage access, update shared document types or revoke at any time from the job screen. Multi-scaffold sites — one portal link now covers all scaffolds at the same address. Clients can tap into each scaffold and see its own documents separately — front elevation, rear elevation, tower and so on. Schedule by scaffold — the schedule job picker now shows each scaffold by name on multi-scaffold sites, so you can book visits individually. Various improvements and fixes

- Scaffold Tag History: every tag you generate is now tracked for good, even if the job is later deleted. Recover an old scaffold in one tap from Job Register → Tag history, and see active, dismantled and orphaned tags at a glance. - Job Register quick actions: new pill row for Clients, Scan tag, Tag history and Share — right above the search bar instead of tucked away in unlabelled icons. - Scheduled jobs now read properly: a job booked for a future date used to show negative days and "Erected" before it existed. Now it reads "Scheduled for" / "Starts in N days" across the register, the job screen and the PDF pack. - Safer deletes: deleting a job with a scaffold tag now warns you first and points to Tag History for recovery — an accidental delete no longer means a re-print or a site visit.

Great for licence submissions. - Revisions on drawings: track every change with a letter, date and detail. Auto-picks Rev A on first save, then B, C… - L-shape corner fix: rewrote how L, U and 4-sided scaffolds set out at corners so the plan and elevation always agree. You get a push notification the moment they agree, so you know exactly which jobs are locked in. NOTIFICATIONS INBOX New bell icon on your home screen shows every confirmation as it arrives, with the site address and time. Swipe left to dismiss, tap to open the booking. Mark all as read or clear the whole list. GANG MAKER Save your regular crews as named gangs (Team A, Team B, whatever works). Version 2.9.0 Beam work is here — plus a bigger 3D toolkit. Pavement gantry in 3D — build a pavement gantry with twin-leg support towers and a rear beam bridge to span an access opening. Beam work on drawings — bridge over openings using ladder, 450 or 750 beams. Longer openings are automatically carried on support towers to stay within TG20:26 spans. Beam work per elevation — on multi-sided scaffolds, add a different beam bridge to each elevation, each with its own type, span and position. Beams in the load list — beams, couplers and support standards are now counted automatically, with beam weights from the catalogue.
