Lane names on the Board are easier to read, and My Lane shows your plan and your best backup without scrolling. Best time today now looks at half-hour slots. When a lane is closed you see when it reopens, the open alternatives, and how long the line usually is at opening. When live CBP waits are unavailable or you are offline, the app says what the times are based on instead of warning on every row. Southbound rows show the usual wait for this hour, alerts ask for notification permission when you create one, and after a crossing you can see whether your trip counts toward the estimates.
