New in Traulo 2.1.1 • Before you go: everything to book and arrange in one place — nights, tickets, transport and your to-dos — with a reminder on the right day. • To-dos get a time ("2 weeks before"), a link to buy or book, and a note. Guides carry their author's tips. • Big groups: see who still needs a bed, book a second place, and spot an extra room to cancel. • Each trip country's official entry rules, one tap away. • Polish finds the hikes in your photos, routes them on the trails and picks each stop's best photos. • Hikes, huts and ski days read better: one card per night, true distances, lift rides drawn right. • Faster, steadier maps on big trips, and many fixes.

Traulo 2.0 rebuilds the app around three tabs. HOME IS THE FEED The trips of the people you follow and the places you've been — vlogs and guides together, with hearts, comments and saves right on the card. Your trip suggestions and any unfinished vlog still sit at the top, so nothing you were working on got lost. EXPLORE IS DISCOVERY A 3D globe with a picture pin for every place people have vlogged from: tap one to fly there and trace the route. Browse by what kind of trip you want and how long you've got — a day, a weekend, a week — or by country and by place. Editor's Choice picks a fresh set of guides every week. PROFILE IS YOURS Your world map up top — countries, places and the share of the world you've seen — with your vlogs, your plans and your people on tabs underneath. Settings moved in here too; there's no separate Settings screen any more. ALSO NEW • Trip guides lead with their route on every surface that shows one, and tapping a plan's cover plays the vlog it came from. • Your groups and travel companions moved up out of Settings into Profile · People, and a group card now leads with the map of where you went together. • Re-tap the tab you're already on to scroll to the top, then again to refresh. FIXED • Seven push notifications did nothing when tapped. They open the right screen now. • A feed that failed to build showed "Nothing here yet" instead of a retry button. • Profile and public-profile lists stopped loading after the first page. • Opening a vlog from Explore could crash the app. • An owner could get stuck unable to leave their own trip group. • A vlog deleted mid-upload no longer leaves a stray backup behind.

• Explore is now a feed: vlogs and trip plans from the people you follow and the places you've been, with hearts, comments and saves right on the card. Follow someone without leaving the feed, and get a push when they post — switch it off any time in Settings. • A new globe in Explore: spin the earth, see a picture pin for every place, and tap one to fly to that trip and trace its route. Search a place to go straight there. • Planning got faster: add a place from a live map, reorder stop photos with a tap, pull a photo out of a video frame, and import a workout from Apple Health as your route. Uploads now show progress, retry when they fail, and pick up where they left off. • Ski and snowboard plans show the real runs and lifts on the map. Plus a long list of fixes from device testing.

Trails that follow the trail. • On an imported GPX route, the stretch between two stops now traces the path you'd actually walk — out-and-back, loops and backtracks included. • Lift rides and stops added out of order land in the right place, and tour videos re-render with the fix. • Ferry legs curve around the coastline instead of cutting across land. Know how your guides are doing. • Open a guide you've published to see its views and saves — visible only to you. • Guides now carry an affiliate disclosure for readers.

Invite anyone — even if they're not on Traulo yet • Tag friends now has two new options for people without the app: send a text straight to a contact, or share the invite through WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or anything else on your phone. The message says who's inviting them and links to the vlog you want to tag them on. • The invite from Find Friends was rewritten so it actually describes the app: shared trips, everyone's POV, and trip plans. Vlogs that used to get stuck now finish • Fixed vlogs freezing at "Rendering clip 3 of 8" when a Live Photo's motion part was still in iCloud. That wait is now bounded, the motion part is fetched up front, and a clip that can't get it falls back to a still instead of failing the whole vlog. • Fixed iCloud downloads being cancelled after 60 seconds even when they were working fine. Large clips on slow connections now finish. • You can finally see what a vlog is waiting on — live download size, clip counts, and a counter that keeps ticking. Moving numbers mean iCloud is slow; frozen ones mean something is actually wrong. Also fixed • AI trip plans are no longer lost when compose is retried or resumed from a draft. • New POVs land on their own trip instead of attaching to your most recent vlog. • Cloud backup no longer fails quietly. Covers upload first, a stalled upload recovers on its own once the video reaches us, and a failed backup always offers a retry instead of vanishing. Available in all 39 languages.

A quicker start, and vlogs that keep everything you picked. Set up your profile in seconds • New accounts now get a short setup right after signing up — choose your handle, display name, photo and colour, find friends from your contacts, add a passkey, and pick a plan. • Finding friends from your contacts is reachable again from Explore. Every clip you choose is kept • Photos and videos still downloading from iCloud are no longer quietly left out of the finished vlog. • Clips you deliberately picked twice are no longer merged into one. Faster, more reliable creation • Vlog creation no longer fails partway through on trips whose media is stored in iCloud. • Automatic clip selection is dramatically faster on iCloud libraries — it now adapts to your connection instead of waiting on downloads. Easier on your device • Background analysis stops as soon as your device warms up, and runs far less often. Also fixed: the app icon could appear cut off on smaller iPhones.

• Things to do, matched to your trip: published plans now suggest experiences around each overnight stay — hiking & outdoor on mountain trips, boat tours on coastal ones, ski & winter on ski trips, culture & museums on city breaks. Suggestions search the town you're staying in, not the whole region. • Sleep anywhere: the night editor can drop a pin for places search can't find — a wild camp or a night in the car at a mountain pass. The name fills in from the map, and it counts as a real overnight stop. • Days without a hotel get suggestions too, anchored to the town where your day ends. • Fixed: ticket suggestions no longer confuse beaches with far-away landmarks, and Explore keeps its browsing layout while you search. • Plus smaller fixes and polish.
