Building Registration & Verification
Register your building with official documentation. Upload the Goshan (building permit) and verify unit occupants via Occupation Permit parsing. Sakani's intelligent floor and unit lookup system matches residents using deterministic unit keys so there is no ambiguity about who lives where.
Dues Cycle Management with Auto-Settlement
Define monthly dues for your building and let Sakani handle the rest. An append-only financial ledger records every payment and charge with full audit history. The daily auto-settlement engine (running at 07:00 Amman time) automatically applies available balances using FIFO order. Building managers see real-time financial dashboards; owners and tenants see a transparent statement of what they owe and what they have paid.
Maintenance Tickets with Photo Attachments
Residents submit maintenance requests directly from the app, attaching up to 5 photos per ticket. Building managers triage, assign, and resolve tickets in a structured workflow. Every status change is logged and notified in real time. Common areas and private units are both supported.
Guard Scheduling & Task Management
Manage your building's security staff with structured shift schedules and daily task assignments. Guards receive their task lists directly on their mobile devices, mark tasks complete in the field, and receive push reminders for upcoming duties. Building managers monitor compliance from the dashboard.
Push Notifications
Stay informed at every step. Sakani sends push notifications for payment receipts, maintenance ticket updates, guard task reminders, and administrative alerts. Receive updates directly on your device.
Bilingual Arabic & English with Full RTL Support
Sakani was built bilingual from day one. Switch seamlessly between Arabic (default) and English from any screen. The entire interface — layouts, text alignment, icons, and navigation — adapts to RTL for Arabic and LTR for English with no visual compromise.
