Economic Sentiment
The Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) displayed as a visual gauge centred on 100 — the euro area's long-term average. See at a glance whether businesses and consumers are optimistic or pessimistic, with a historical trend chart spanning three months to two years to track how sentiment has shifted.
Market Activity
Three signals that reveal the mood beneath the surface: the Euro Stoxx 50 equity benchmark, the CISS financial stress index (the ECB's official gauge of systemic strain across equity, bond, money, and FX markets), and M3 money supply — a measure of broad monetary liquidity across the euro area.
Bond Yields
