Hantir – Find Your Home in Somaliland
The Hantir app connects you to real properties across Hargeisa, Berbera, Burao, Borama and the rest of Somaliland — whether you're looking to buy, rent, or sell a house, apartment, plot of land or commercial space.
Pro Tip: Look for listings with the ProDilaal™ badge — those are agents whose identity has been verified by our team. The Dilaal Check™ badge means we have physically inspected the property on-site.
Skip the broker fees and hidden commissions. With Hantir you contact the owner or verified agent directly, see honest prices in USD, and get the legal paperwork support you need to close the deal with confidence — including bilingual contracts and Power of Attorney (Wakalah) templates.
Features:
• Browse properties for sale or rent across all regions of Somaliland
• Filter by price, size, bedrooms, property type and area
• View properties on an interactive map
• See full photo galleries, video tours and 360° views
• Free property valuation based on real comparable sales in your area
• Save favorites and compare properties side-by-side
• Set search alerts and get notified the moment a matching property is listed
• Sign in with Google or Apple in one tap
• Direct in-app contact with sellers and agents — no middleman
• Works on slow networks and offline mode for browsing saved listings
For agents and property owners:
List your property in minutes with our step-by-step wizard, get matched with serious buyers, and track every inquiry from one dashboard.
