JoJu: AI Executive Assistant
Turn Commitments into Outcomes
Free
Your commitments belong in a system, not your head. JoJu captures, clarifies, and surfaces what matters next. Built for founders, operators, and chiefs of staff.
JoJu is an AI Executive Assistant built for founders, operators, and chiefs of staff who run on trust,
clarity, and follow-through.
Most productivity tools store tasks. JoJu runs the system behind them. Every commitment is captured,
clarified into a real next action, assigned a single owner, and tracked until it is done.
CAPTURE EVERYTHING
• Long-press the app icon for instant voice capture, Brain Dump, or Chat with JoJu
• Share to JoJu from any app: internet links, photos, files, screenshots, and documents.
• Type, dictate, or paste raw notes. JoJu extracts tasks and next actions for you
ORGANIZE WITHOUT MENTAL OVERHEAD
• Follow the process (1) Inbox, (2) Clarify, (3) Next Action. (4) Delegate
• Areas and Projects keep personal commitments separate from work deliverables
• Owed-By system: every task has exactly one owner. You, an AI agent, or someone external. Nothing sits in
limbo
• Priority, due dates, and waiting-on-others in one place
• Subtasks linked to their parent across every view
FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS
• Focus Now surfaces a small, doable set to work on right now
• Waiting on Others tracks every commitment in someone else's court. Nothing gets dropped on a handoff
• Overdue surfaces clearly, without noise
DELEGATE TO AI AGENTS
• Assign tasks to JoJu agents: research, drafting, data entry, scheduling, and more
• Agents post updates directly into the task's work log. You see exactly what happened and when
• Chat with JoJu to ask what is open, overdue, or waiting on whom
• Turn a voice note or Brain Dump into a clean set of next actions in one prompt
FULL THREAD ENGINE
• Every task carries a complete audit log: decisions, delegations, updates, and attachments
• Full history on every commitment. Nothing disappears, nothing is in limbo
ATTACH ANYTHING
• documents, photos, voice notes, screenshots: pinned to the task they belong to
• Preview files in-app without leaving your task
