New @handles. Companies now show an @handle on their posts in your feed, and you can find companies and candidates by handle in search. New candidates pick a handle when they sign up. Existing candidates get a prompt to choose one. Businesses can see and change theirs from their profile. Hier AI summaries for businesses. The application screen now shows a written summary, strengths, points to check, suggested interview questions and a recommended next step. Improved Clearer CV builder. "AI help" is now "Suggest" and "Suggest wording". It never overwrites what you've typed. You can keep yours, add the suggestion to it, or replace it. Summaries now read correctly ("I am a…", "an" before vowels). Faster CV opening from the applicants list and candidate profiles. "Generate with AI" for job descriptions only appears when it's actually available on your plan. Simpler invite sign-up. If you follow an invite from a business, you're set up as a candidate without being asked to choose an account type. Fixed A screen that flickered endlessly for people who had to set a new password on first login (including invited candidates). Invite sign-ups could end up with no connection to the business that invited them.

Interviews are easier to find and answer When an employer offers you times, they now show on the job you applied for — and on your applications list — so you're never relying on a notification you might have cleared. Tapping "Your interview is starting" takes you straight into the call. Tapping "Interview in 15 minutes" opens the job, so you can read it back before you go in. Your applications, in the order things happened Whatever moved most recently is at the top. Roles that didn't work out sit at the bottom instead of in your way. More than one CV Keep up to five, name them, and choose which one goes with an application. Also in this release One search bar at the top of the feed instead of a row of filters. Interviews run on Hier or in person. Various fixes to booking and notifications.

Version 1.3.1 Tell us where you want to work We've changed how location works, so you see jobs that actually suit you. • Instead of listing preferred locations, set the place you're working from and how far you're willing to travel. Anything inside that radius shows up. • We now ask where you want to work, not where you live — handy if you're relocating, or already commuting somewhere else. • Start typing a town or city and pick it from the list. Places worldwide are now supported, so you're no longer limited to the UK. Change your email address You can now update the email on your account from Profile → Change email. Enter your password, and we'll send a verification code to the new address to confirm it's yours. Invitations open in the app If an employer invites you to a role, the link now opens straight in Hier rather than sending you through your browser. Easier to read We've improved the contrast on buttons, labels and notification badges throughout the app, so text is clearer — especially in bright light and for anyone who finds low-contrast text hard going. For employers "Candidate withdrew" has been added to the rejection reasons, so you can tidily close off candidates who've told you they're no longer interested. Privacy Our in-app Privacy Policy has been updated to match our published one, with fuller detail on where candidate data comes from, how we use it, and how to ask for removal.
