Pixel-style menu bar reminders for every routine. Plan one-time, recurring, and custom interval tasks with widgets, notifications, and iCloud sync. Tickster is a lightweight macOS reminder app built for people who like clear schedules, quick access, and a little pixel-art charm. It lives in your menu bar, so your reminders are always close without taking over your Dock or workspace. Open the quick view to check what is coming next, or use the main window to manage tasks with more detail. Flexible Task Scheduling Create one-time, daily, weekday, monthly, yearly, and custom interval reminders. Tickster is useful for everything from hydration breaks and medication reminders to weekly meetings, bill payments, maintenance routines, and personal habits. Exclusion Rules Not every reminder should run every day. Skip specific dates, weekdays, or time ranges so your schedule fits real life. Pause reminders during holidays, weekends, off-hours, or any time you do not want to be interrupted. Desktop Widgets Add countdown widgets to your desktop and keep an eye on upcoming tasks at a glance. Small, medium, and large widget sizes help you choose the amount of detail you want to see. Quick Notification Actions Handle reminders directly from macOS notifications. Postpone a task or mark it as complete without opening the app. Mosaic View Browse your tasks in a colorful pixel-style grid. Each task type has its own visual identity, making it easy to scan your schedule quickly. Privacy First Your data stays local unless you choose to enable iCloud sync. Tickster has no ads, no analytics, and no account requirement. Pro Features The free version supports up to 3 tasks. Upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited tasks and iCloud sync across your Macs.
