Calorie tab is rebuilt around a single state machine with App Review 1.4.1-safe language throughout. • Profile-aware hero: profile-missing, ready-empty, partial, complete and over-target states each render the right card — no more misleading zeros. • Compact metric strip (burned / consumed / net) replaces the old two-card hero block, freeing room for the meal list. • Apple Health is now a separate availability signal: denied/unavailable/empty branches show their own copy (Settings deeplink on denied) instead of a fake 0 kcal burn. • Plan ↔ Calorie sync is now an incremental sweep anchored to each plan's start-of-week — completed meals always land on the correct day. • Timeline-style meal rows, sparkle 'estimated summary' chip on the AI insight kart, neutral 'over target' chip in orange (no red fail palette). • Stats / paywall copy retuned: AI lifestyle score and weight trend (no more 'health score' / 'weight forecast').

Plan tab is redesigned around a single source of truth: hero, day timeline, meal cards and the AI generation flow now all read from one state machine. • Liquid Glass hero with state-aware copy + fridge/grocery toolbar. • Day timeline drops the bouncy scale animation; selection signal stays inside the cell so the row no longer reflows on scroll. • Meal cards: category-tinted capsule, two-line recipe names, locale-aware kcal and minute formatting. • Refresh button affordance now reflects gate state (free → crown badge, premium without AI consent → soluk lock). • Generation: live progress, cancel button, timeout-specific copy, and a `.destructive` confirmation when discarding a draft. • Plan ↔ Calorie sync: previously-completed plan meals back-fill into the Calorie history on first launch. • App Review 1.4.1 safe copy: estimated tone everywhere, initial disclaimer + sticky generation banner.
