• Menus — tag a menu with more than one dining style, and "Family Style / Buffet" is now its own option.

1.1.1 May 15
Bring friends in one tap. Pick multiple seats at checkout and your ticket details know it's a group.
Hosting a private suppah? When you finalize the dinner, you can pull invitee emails straight from your Contacts now instead of typing them in by hand.
Booking a chef for a private dinner just got more thoughtful. Pick the funding plan upfront - you cover everyone, or your friends split tickets - and if you want a custom menu, sketch the brief right there with cuisine, courses, and dietary notes.
Cleaner proposal details: see at a glance whether a dinner is public or private, and chefs can swap an attached menu while it's still safe to change.
Plus a few quiet fixes - including the kitchen page no longer flashing "no certificates" when the
network hiccups.
1.1.0 May 13
• Find a Chef now starts with a choice — browse a chef's menus, or have them design a custom menu around your occasion, cuisine, and budget.
• Hosts can book a private dinner for their own guest list. Invite friends by email, then either pay for the full event yourself or split tickets across your guests — we handle invites, payments, and the seat-fill safety net automatically.
• Chefs: introducing Chef Pro ($19.99/mo, 14-day free trial). Unlimited receipt scanning, AI-generated shopping lists, and every AI tool we ship next, all bundled.
• Chefs: generate a shopping list straight from any event menu, and scan grocery receipts to auto-update your ingredient costs and totals.
• Polish: cleaner navigation for chefs and hosts, better chef discovery, plus a few fixes to keep things running smoothly.

What's New
Joining is one flow now. Sign up, sign your agreements, verify your ID — you're in. Most members finish in about four minutes, and membership activates the moment your background check clears.
Chefs: land in the app with one approved certification. The other three unlock publishing.
1.0.8 May 7
A few quiet improvements at the table:
• Invite a Friend now holds onto your contact's name and email when you pick from your phone — no more vanishing fields. Tap a contact, send the invite, done.
• Private dinner proposals land cleanly on both ends. Chefs see them in their pending list, guests see them in their bookings — every time.
Thanks for breaking bread with us. — The Suppah team
1.0.7 May 5
• Share an event with a real preview tile — cover photo + title — in Messages, Mail, and AirDrop.
• "Choose from Contacts" on Invite a Friend autofills name + email.
• Fixed text clipping on event details for iPhone 14 Pro Max.
• Profile + data refreshes automatically when you reopen the app.
• Chefs and hosts: message thread on proposals, linked-event card after acceptance.
1.0.6 May 5
Meal Prep gets a major refresh — and a few rough edges smoothed throughout.
For chefs:
• Redesigned Meal Prep dashboard with an Activity feed (messages, change requests, pauses,
skips, profile updates) and a status grid that gets you to Pending, This Week, Subscribers, or
Declined in one tap.
• New This Week planner shows every subscriber's order for the upcoming week, grouped by
delivery day.
• Send a proposal first, attach the menu later — perfect for events where you want to
collaborate with the host on a custom menu.
• Pull from menus you've already published instead of retyping courses every time.
• Edit a booking's menu and pricing even after it's been confirmed.
• Get notified when a host responds to your proposal.
For guests:
• Skip a week on your meal-prep subscription with one tap.
• Pick the day and time slot you'd like your meals delivered when you sign up.
• Cleaner empty states and faster error messages — the screens that used to hang quietly now
tell you what's happening.
Plus a handful of smaller polish fixes around notifications, copy, and the subscribe form.
1.0.5 May 4
You asked, we polished:

• "Add to Calendar" drops the event right into your iPhone calendar
• Already have a ticket? Bring a friend without the runaround
• Save your home address once in Profile — bookings auto-fill from there
• Tapping a notification opens what you came for
• Venue addresses stay private in confirmation emails until 72 hours before the night

This release focuses on reliability for hosts. You can now list your space with the full address from your phone and edit those details later if anything changes. Blocking unavailable dates on your availability calendar now saves correctly, and creating a new event no longer fails when you haven't picked a menu or space yet. We also cleaned up the custom-request flow so it only appears once you have a space listed, plus a few small profile-editing fixes.
• Sign in with Google now works on the first try.
• Chef profiles now show clear verification status, so you can see at a glance who's ready to take bookings.
• Smaller fixes for a smoother browsing experience.
