Most parental controls are a wall. Your child hits it in silence, looks for a way around it, and you become the villain. myna works differently. When your kid wants more screen time or a new app, they ask. The request lands in your family chat, you tap yes or no, and the phone does the rest.
That is myna: parental controls built around a conversation, not a lock. A safe kids phone with no strangers in it, chores that remind themselves, a family calendar everyone sees, and Aunty, the voice built into myna, keeping the household moving. Say it once. myna remembers, reminds, and reports back.
Use it to limit screen time at bedtime, get chores done without nagging, know when the kids reach school, or stop repeating yourself to the helper.
PARENTAL CONTROLS YOUR KIDS CAN ASK ABOUT
• You choose the allowed apps. Everything else stays hidden or locked.
• "Ten more minutes?" reaches you as a request. One tap to answer.
• Screen time limits and bedtime schedules, per app, by name.
• No social feeds, no friend requests, nobody outside your household.
CHORES AND A FAMILY CALENDAR THAT REMIND THEMSELVES
• Set a chore once. Aunty does the reminding, and kids earn stars.
• One family calendar, synced with Google Calendar.
• A shared grocery list that sorts itself by aisle.
• Forward a school letter or insurance email to your family's myna address. It gets filed, and the dates become reminders.

Messages translate automatically, English to Indonesian, Tagalog or Burmese and back. The app itself speaks English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Deutsch, Français and Italiano.

Unlimited voice calls inside your household, no phone numbers needed. A spare tablet can become an always-on family board with hands-free Drop In calls to any room.

All of myna Pro free for 21 days, no card needed. Then myna Basic, free for as long as you like: messaging, calendar, tasks, the shopping list, and the kid lock, Guardian and allow-list, always. Pro adds Aunty at full voice, live family location, translation, per-app limits and bedtime schedules, one-tap approval for more time, two-way Google Calendar sync, and unlimited video calls and Drop In. Renews automatically; cancel anytime.

HOW THE PARENTAL CONTROLS WORK
myna is built for parents and guardians to supervise their own children's devices, and for a household to share location with each other.
• On iPhone, app limits are built on Apple's Screen Time. A parent approves Screen Time access on the child's iPhone, chooses the allowed apps, and can switch it off at any time.
• Location: myna shows family members on your map and tells your household when someone reaches a saved place such as home or school. It is shared only inside your household, it is optional, and you can turn it off at any time.

Getting your family onto myna is now much simpler.
• Start a family with just a name and a parent PIN. No account needed — add Apple or Google as a backup whenever you like.
• To add someone's phone, scan the code on it or send them a link. Their phone joins by itself.
• A family code on its own no longer lets a phone in: a parent approves it first.
• Teen phones: turn the app lock on or off from the teen's page in Manage.
• Updates now install when you come back to myna, without restarting the app.
