more Bug fixes and stability improvements for the conversation screen, including fixes for the message list and reply box behaviour when returning to the app.
1.1.18 Aug 29
• Messages you've started writing are now saved automatically — leave a conversation or switch apps and your text will still be there when you return.
• Notification priority settings now say "Medium" instead of "Normal", matching the rest of the app.
1.1.17 Aug 28
Escalation topics
• Conversations now show what an escalation is about — defective item,
chargeback, address change — right on the row.
• Set or correct a topic from the conversation actions sheet, alongside
Status and Priority. Correcting a misfiled topic also lifts the
conversation's urgency, since a topic carries a priority floor.
• Filter the pickup queue by topic.
Needs pickup ordering
• The queue now leads with the most urgent conversation, not the oldest.
A defective-item complaint from ten minutes ago no longer sits behind a
routine question from this morning. Longest-waiting still breaks ties
within the same urgency.
• Spam no longer appears in the pickup queue.
Search
• A search now stays inside the tab and filters you typed it in. Previously
it quietly ignored them, so searching "Needs pickup" could return
already-claimed and closed conversations under a "Needs pickup" heading.
• The results header says which set was searched, so an empty result reads
as "not in this tab" rather than "we have nothing".
Snooze
• Swipe-to-snooze now asks how long instead of silently choosing one hour.
• Snoozed conversations animate out of the list rather than vanishing.
AI replies
• AI answers now show their sources. Citation markers render as footnotes
with the pages listed underneath — tap to open. Previously these appeared
as literal "[[cite:1]]" text mid-sentence.
1.1.16 Aug 27
Bulk actions let you handle multiple conversations at once, and unclaimed AI handoffs now have their own tab. Filters and sorting match the web app. Improved text contrast throughout the app in both light and dark mode, plus a refreshed typeface. Various fixes to search, Instagram posts, and the conversation list.
1.1.15 Aug 24
Search now looks across every conversation in your inbox, not just the ones already loaded — find any customer by name, email, phone, or something they said.
Instagram messages also render properly now: photos and shared posts appear inline, and you can tap through to the original post.
1.1.13 Aug 20
• Failed WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messages now show
a "Not delivered" marker with a Resend button
• Improved crash reporting
1.1.12 Aug 3
- Added a new "Needs pickup" view under each AI agent, so you can quickly see escalated conversations that haven't been claimed yet
- Fixed an issue where replying to a conversation could incorrectly mark it as unread
- Various performance and stability improvements
1.1.11 Jul 24
Conversations show who sent each message, with avatars for AI agents and teammates.
1.1.10 Jul 19
• Emails now display correctly in both light and dark mode.
• Newsletters and wide emails now resize to fit the screen and stay readable.
• Added "View full email" to open any message full-screen with pinch-to-zoom.
• Signing out now fully stops push notifications on that device.
1.1.9 Jul 17
Live messages, everywhere. Replies now appear instantly — including AI agent responses and messages from Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. No need to leave and reopen a chat to see what's new.
Copy made simple. Long-press any message to copy it, with the menu right where you expect it. Text selection now works across every message type.
Cleaner contact names. Instagram and Facebook contacts show their real name or @username instead of a generic placeholder.
Easier reading. Wider message bubbles — especially for emails — so more fits on screen.
1.1.8 Jul 15
- Added a Spam folder to the inbox, with the ability to remove conversations from spam
- Improved inbox performance — conversations now load faster as you scroll
- Fixed folder badge counts and filter defaults so lists match their badges
1.1.7 Jul 14
Emails now look great. Messages that come in by email are properly formatted — with clear paragraphs, bold text, lists, links, and images — so they're much easier to read at a glance.
- Long emails, wide images, and tables all display cleanly and stay readable
- Tap to expand signatures and previous replies in a thread, keeping the conversation tidy
- Full support for dark mode
Plus general reliability and performance improvements.
1.1.6 Jul 13
New: AI inbox views
Your AI agent inbox now has dedicated views — All, AI handling, Escalated, and Closed — so you can quickly see which conversations the AI is handling and which have been escalated to a human.
Fixes & improvements
• Fixed a rare issue where an expired session could leave the app stuck in a signed-in state. You're now signed out cleanly and can log right back in.
• More reliable real-time inbox updates.
• Faster over-the-air updates for future improvements.
1.1.5 Jul 10
Customers can now see when you're viewing a conversation from the mobile app. Plus bug fixes and improvements.
1.1.4 Jul 5
This update fixes opening conversations from email and push notifications.
• Tapping a conversation link now opens it correctly, even when it belongs to a different workspace — you'll be prompted to switch instead of landing on a broken screen.
• Added a clear way back if a conversation can't be opened (wrong account or connection issue), with a retry option, so you're never stuck.
• Various stability improvements.
1.1.3 Jul 1
This update polishes the conversation experience:
• Contact forms now appear as a clean card right in the chat, and update in place to show exactly what a contact submitted — along with the time they filled it out.

• Various bug fixes and stability improvements.
1.1.2 Jun 27

• Push notifications now open the right conversation when launching from a cold start
1.1.1 Jun 22
Notification settings have been redesigned.
You can now fine-tune how AI escalation alerts reach you — choose an alert mode (immediate, digest, high priority only, or off), set a minimum priority, and turn on quiet hours to silence alerts during a recurring time window.

Bug fixes and stability improvements for the conversation screen, including fixes for the message list and reply box behaviour when returning to the app.
