SaidNo - Screen Time Control
Guard Apps, Journal to Unlock
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Add one honest question before you doomscroll. Guard your apps, earn access by writing why, and watch how many times you said no this week.
You don't have a discipline problem. You have a friction problem.
App Blocker makes opening Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube cost something — a few seconds of honesty instead of nothing at all.
Guard the apps that steal your attention. When you try to open one, the app stops you and asks one question: do you actually want this, or are you just bored? Answer honestly in a short journal entry, earn 15 minutes, or just walk away.
No streaks. No badges. No guilt trips. Just an honest count of how many times you said no this week — and the reminder that each one bought your attention back.
What it does:
- Guard any app: Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or your own picks
- One honest question before you unlock: why do you want in?
- Earn access by writing it down, not by mindlessly tapping through a timer
- See your weekly count of times you said no — the only metric that matters
- Strict mode for when willpower isn't enough
This isn't about deleting apps or blocking the internet. It's about adding one moment of friction before autopilot wins — so opening your phone is a choice again, not a reflex.
