Just placed my first pickup order through Olo, and I’m impressed! Sign-up was effortless, the ordering experience was incredibly intuitive, and the UI/UX is among the best I’ve seen in a food ordering app. Clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed.What I appreciate most is the business model. Olo helps restaurants maintain their direct relationships with customers without sacrificing revenue to traditional third-party commissions. That’s a concept worth supporting, especially for my favorite local spots.A great first experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the platform grows. Well done, Olo team!

Loving this new Olo world where we don’t get price gouged like we do with Dash and Uber! Looking forward to app updates that build off this v1. Could def use more options to choose from, but I’m sure this will come in time!

Patiently waiting for restaurants to find this app and join! Uber eats and grub hub have monopolized the market and with their ever increasing mystery service fees, I’d rather use a service that doesn’t gouge consumers. 3 stars for now because there’s only a handful of restaurants available in my area but also 3 stars because of the ease of use on the app. No frills, simple, clear. Once more restaurants come on board and I can use the app more effectively, will re-rate!

Read about Olo in Wired Magazine and downloaded immediately, but there seemed to be no restaurants we order from. I’m sure as a new delivery app they are still growing and I look forward to more restaurant options! I will update my review should the options improve enough to be serviceable.
