StutterFlow is a daily speech-practice companion for people who stutter. It is built around DAF — Delayed Auditory Feedback — a technique studied since the 1950s that plays your own voice back through headphones with a short delay. Many people find that this naturally slows speech and helps it flow more smoothly, with fewer blocks and repetitions.
This is a practice tool, not a cure, and it does not replace consultation with a speech-language pathologist. Use it alongside therapy or as a daily way to keep your speech moving.
WHAT'S INSIDE
DAF Modes
Choose a delay that fits how you speak today — from a light, barely-noticeable 50 ms up to a deeper 200 ms for focused sessions. Put on AirPods or wired headphones, tap a mode, and speak naturally.
Sound Practice
Train the sounds that trip you up — P, T, K, R and more. Each sound comes with a simple technique, a clear tip, and a set of words to work through at your own pace.
Sentence Gym
Move from single sounds to full phrases and sentences. Pair it with DAF to carry smoother speech into real, everyday talking.
Build a Daily Habit
Streaks, medals and a practice calendar help you show up every day — because consistency is what makes the method work.
See Your Progress
Simple stats show how your practice adds up week by week, so you can feel the momentum.
Made for You
Tell us whether you're an adult, a teen, or a parent practising with a child, which sounds are hardest, and your goal — everyday speech, public speaking, or support between therapy visits. StutterFlow tailors the materials around your answers.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your microphone is processed only on your iPhone. Your voice never leaves your device, and there are no accounts to create.
