Dreamsy: Bedtime Sleep Stories
Calm Stories for Sweet Dreams
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your voice. Every bedtime story. Even when you can’t be there.
Dreamsy transforms bedtime stories into something deeply familiar and comforting: the voice of Mum or Dad.
Record yourself for just two minutes, and Dreamsy can narrate the stories in our library using your voice. Whether you are travelling, working late, sharing parenting between homes, or simply need a little help at the end of a long day, your child can still fall asleep hearing the voice they love most.
YOUR VOICE, THEIR FAVOURITE STORIES
You do not have to record every story yourself. Create your personal voice once, then use it to narrate stories across the Dreamsy library.
It still sounds like bedtime with you—even when you cannot read the story yourself.
Dreamsy helps families:
Preserve the comfort of Mum’s or Dad’s voice
Stay connected when a parent is away
Make bedtime feel familiar across different homes
Give exhausted parents a helping hand without the guilt
Create a consistent and reassuring sleep routine
CHOOSE FROM MULTIPLE NARRATORS
Not using your own voice tonight? Choose from six soothing narrators, each with a different tone and personality.
Explore soft, warm, gentle, bright, calm, and deep voices. Pick the narrator your child finds most comforting and change voices whenever you like.
STORIES CREATED FOR CALM BEDTIMES
Dreamsy stories are crafted with input from psychologists to be engaging enough to enjoy, but gentle enough for bedtime.
Every story is shaped around sleep-friendly principles:
Calm, child-friendly language
Gentle narration and pacing
Soft narrative arcs
Reassuring themes
No unnecessarily agitating content
GIVE YOUR EVENINGS BACK TO YOURSELF
Does bedtime take forever?
Dreamsy helps turn drawn-out, stressful bedtimes into a calmer nightly ritual. Choose a story, select Mum’s voice, Dad’s voice, or another favourite narrator, and let Dreamsy take care of tonight’s storytelling.
Your child receives the comfort of a familiar voice. You receive a quiet moment to rest, reset, or finish your day—guilt-free.
