ONLY PAY FOR WHAT THE SELLER COULD BUY
• After shopping, sellers report how many of each item they actually got
• Items that couldn't be purchased are handled automatically:
- Paid by credit card: refunded right away
- Paid by bank transfer: refunded automatically when the order is completed
- Not yet paid: the order total is adjusted, so you only pay for what was bought
• If nothing could be purchased, the order is cancelled automatically, with a full refund of items, shipping and fees, and your coupon is returned
• Order details clearly list unfulfilled items and their amounts
RETURNS & REFUNDS, REBUILT, WITH 7-ELEVEN DROP-OFF
• Request a "Return & Refund" or "Refund Only" within 7 days of pickup, including partial returns
• Once the seller approves, get a return code in the app and drop your package off at any 7-ELEVEN store
• Return shipping is covered by the seller, so buyers pay nothing to send it back
• A new Refund Details page shows each step: request, return shipment, inspection and refund
• Every stage has a time limit. If a seller doesn't respond in time, the request moves forward automatically
