Hello, Thank you for your feedback. HuququmVar does not track users: - The app does not collect the IDFA or any device advertising identifier. - It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. - User data is not linked with third-party data for advertising and is not shared with data brokers. - The app does not show any custom prompt asking users to allow tracking. To avoid any confusion we have: 1. Updated the App Privacy information in App Store Connect so that no data type is marked as "used to track you". 2. Rewritten the in-app Privacy Policy (Profile > Privacy) to state clearly that the app does not track users or use data for advertising, and removed wording that could be read as a tracking consent request. 3. Declared NSPrivacyTracking = false in the app's privacy manifest. The privacy policy also discloses that questions and documents sent to the AI assistant are processed by OpenAI solely to generate answers. As the app does not track users, the AppTrackingTransparency prompt is not required. If a specific screen looked like a tracking prompt to you, please let us know which one and we will change it right away. Best regards.
