NO-CONTACT DAY COUNTER
The main screen shows how many days you've held on. Set a goal — 7, 14, 30, or 60 days — and walk toward it step by step.
SOS — WHEN IT HITS
One tap, and the app guides you through a breathing exercise, helps you calm down, and stops you from texting. After, you can pour it all into a draft no one will see.
MOOD JOURNAL
Write down how you feel today. Emoji tags help you see the pattern: which days were hard, when it started getting easier.
DRAFTS
Want to text them? Write it here instead. It releases the tension and keeps everything untouched.
