Try Pro free for 14 days. When you register a new cafe in the app, you now see that it starts with 14 days of Pro, no card needed. When the trial ends your cafe moves to the Free plan automatically and keeps taking orders, and you can choose a paid plan any time. Get your counter ready. The last step of setup now points you to Nom Staff, the app that runs orders from a tablet at your counter, with a one-tap link to the App Store and simple steps for Android tablets. Plus polish and reliability improvements.

Phone numbers now use a fixed +63 field that accepts any format you paste. New sign-up question: where did you first hear about Nom. Respects your iPhone Reduce Motion setting, with clearer saved confirmations and button feedback.

See who is on the clock at a glance. A new read-only Timecards view on your dashboard shows which staff are clocked in today, when they started, and hours worked so far - a quick way to check your floor from your phone. Full timecard management stays on the web dashboard. Plus polish and reliability improvements.

New: look up any customer's loyalty points right from your phone. Search by name to see their balance and when their points expire, so you can nudge regulars to redeem before they lose them.

See card-at-counter payments on your orders. When your team collects a card payment at the counter, the order now shows the terminal payment clearly in its detail view, so your records stay complete at a glance. Plus reliability improvements and polish.

Reliability improvements. - Improved handling of order and payment dates so times always display correctly.

Void approval and recovering a cancelled sale now work right from your phone. Void approval: turn on approval before an order can be voided. When it is on, tapping Void sends a request for a decision instead of cancelling the order right away, and you can watch a live countdown while the request waits. Recover a cancelled sale: if an order was cancelled by mistake but the customer had already paid, you can turn it back into a completed sale in a couple of taps. The original items, total, and payment reference are carried over so nothing has to be re-entered. The app now shows the name "Nom" throughout. We also fixed an issue that could interrupt saving your QR code sticker to Photos, plus general stability improvements.

Maintenance update: corrected the web dashboard link shown in the app and the in-app legal documents, plus minor stability improvements.

Bug fixes and improvements.

You can now edit your business name right from the app. Owners can also set a staff switch PIN to enable fast staff switching on shared tablets in the Nom Staff app. Plus stability and reliability improvements.

Sign-in update and polish. Sign in with your email and password. To create a new business account, visit nom404.com and sign up, then sign in here. Dark mode and design polish for a cleaner, more consistent feel. Performance and reliability improvements.

A refreshed look, with improved dark mode. Updated design across today's glance, live orders, and settings for a cleaner, more consistent feel. Improved dark mode contrast and color so the app reads well in any lighting. Performance and reliability improvements.

Reliability: daily sales totals now match the dashboard exactly across all screens.

A security fix for a rare but real edge case: when you reinstall the Business app on the same device or restore it from an iCloud backup, the app could previously inherit the previous user's session. Tap, and you would land somewhere inside the dashboard without ever signing in. This release closes that. The first time you open the app after install, you always see the sign-in screen.

Approvals inbox + ticket alignment with the new web HQ. This release brings the iOS business app in sync with five new tools we shipped this month on the web dashboard: - Approvals inbox: review and resolve held actions on the go. Hold staff changes for owner approval (refunds above a threshold, menu price edits, role escalations, payment-method changes), then approve or deny from your phone with a quick note. - Push notifications for new approval requests use the existing "time-sensitive" channel so they cut through Focus mode just like void requests. We did not introduce any breaking changes. Existing void approval flows behave exactly the same; the new inbox sits alongside them.

New: Self-serve account controls for business owners. Change your owner email - if you lose access to your sign-in email or want to switch to a new one, do it from Settings in just a few taps. Close your shop and delete your owner account - schedule full deletion from the app with a 30-day grace window and single-tap restore. Apple guideline 5.1.1(v) compliance. Tier update: multi-branch and staff-transfer features are now Enterprise-only. Pro retains all single-location feature parity.

A small fix on the Insights screen. The Month tab on Insights would sometimes not respond on the very first tap after opening the screen. It now reacts on the first try. This release also bundles the v1.2.4 onboarding and auth screens redesign that went out to TestFlight earlier in the cycle. Refreshed sign-in, sign-up, and 4-step business registration with the same visual system as the rest of the app.

A full visual rewrite of every screen you live in, plus a new way to fix typos and swap photos without opening a browser. Orders, Order Detail, Insights, Reviews, Menu, and Order History have all been redesigned around the new Nom Design System. Pending orders now expose Accept and Reject buttons right on the row so you can act during a busy hour without diving in. Order Detail adds a four-step status journey at the top so you can see at a glance where each order is. Insights leads with a teal revenue hero plus mini bar charts on Top Items, and the Reviews list opens with a clean score card and a per-rating distribution. New: Settings now has Edit business profile. Update your logo, cover photo, description, and contact number directly from your iPhone. Changes appear on your customer-facing page right away. The native Liquid Glass tab bar and action bar are preserved exactly as Apple intends on iOS 26.

Setup wizard buttons now show a friendly "still working" hint when the server takes a moment on a fresh business's first onboarding. Cloud Functions go cold after a quiet period and the first call after that can take five to ten seconds. Without a hint, the spinner looked stuck and some new owners gave up. Now after four seconds you see "Saving — almost there…", then "Setting things up for the first time…", then "Hang tight — first-time setup can take a few seconds." Smooth fades between each. A real bug fixed alongside this: the wizard's "Go to Dashboard" button in step 3 sometimes did nothing on iOS. The server was silently dropping the field that marks setup complete because it wasn't listed in the request schema. Now the field is accepted and the wizard finishes properly.

Sign up and onboard your business right from your phone. This release adds full owner onboarding inside the app, create your account, register your business, set your operating hours, upload a logo and cover photo, choose payment methods, and generate your QR code. No more bouncing to the dashboard to set up the basics. Also new in Settings: edit your operating hours from your phone whenever they change. Plus polish round one based on real-world owner feedback from our pioneer cafes.

Approve or deny order voids right from your phone lock screen. When your staff requests to cancel a paid order, you get a push notification with one-tap Approve and Deny buttons. No need to open the app. If you are offline or unreachable, your staff can enter a 6-digit PIN you set in advance as backup. Every approval, denial, or PIN override is logged to an audit trail you can review anytime. Plus the usual reliability work under the hood.
