Match a tone to your tinnitus, then mask the ringing with sound therapy. Calibration, binaural beats, and smart sleep tools. Start a 7-day free trial.
Tinnitus Relief is a sound therapy app built around one job: help you stop noticing the ringing in your ears.
Many people with tinnitus find relief through sound masking - playing a tone or broadband sound near the pitch of their tinnitus so the brain stops focusing on it. Tinnitus Relief makes that simple:
- PITCH CALIBRATION: Match a sliding tone to your tinnitus in under a minute. The app remembers your frequency.
- MASKING TONE: Play a soft, pitch-matched tone under any sound, at a volume you choose.
- 16 MASKING SOUNDS: Broadband white, pink and brown noise plus rain, ocean, fan and more, chosen to help cover tinnitus while you rest.
- BINAURAL BEATS: Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta brainwave overlays for relaxation and focus.
- SOUND MIXER: Layer multiple sounds around your calibrated pitch.
- SLEEP TOOLS: Sleep timer, smart wake, and a wind-down bedtime ritual for tinnitus nights.
- SPATIAL AUDIO: Position sounds in 3D around you on AirPods Pro and Max.
Premium unlocks the full sound library, mixer, binaural beats, spatial audio and sleep tools with a 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month.
Tinnitus Relief is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Sound masking is a widely used self-care technique; if your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult an audiologist or physician.
