This is a major update that brings Punch to iPad, adds a complete time-off request workflow, and gives organizations the option of bi-weekly pay periods. What's new • iPad support — Punch is now fully optimized for iPad. Team rosters, approval queues, and shift lists render in a master column on the left while the selected detail view fills the column on the right. Review and act on multiple records faster than ever before. • Time-off requests — Employees can file time-off requests for any future date range with an optional reason. Managers and owners review and approve or deny each request. All decisions are logged and visible to the requester. • Bi-weekly pay periods — Organizations can now choose between weekly and bi-weekly cadence in Org Settings. The cadence applies across timesheets, mark-paid, and pay summaries. Existing data continues to render correctly under either cadence. • Pay model improvements — Each employee's pay is now strictly hourly or salary, never both. Switching between models shows a confirmation prompt before clearing the inactive value, preventing accidental data loss. Pay edits also appear immediately in the master/detail view without needing to navigate away and back. • Hierarchical contact-info edits — Owners can now edit anyone's contact information in their organization; managers can edit their employees' contact information. Employees continue to manage their own contact info. • Layout polish — a brand new design for both iPhone and iPad, making better use of the space while giving owners/managers everything they need to keep the org running.
