Fewer questions before your estimate: Arez uses your saved markup and common sizes instead of asking. Photos are read quietly and go straight to an estimate. The AI preview of the finished job no longer shows up as a before photo, and the waiting message clears when it is done. Fixes a price that could change on a line you did not edit.

Today: a new tab shows each visit of the day with one button. Clock the crew in, clock them out, tap a name for a break, a move to the next job, or a call. One tap to clock in: crew with the app see their next job and a big Clock in. Take a break, switch jobs, clock out with an Undo. Hours land on the job by themselves. Two ways to run it: clock your crew in from your phone, or give techs the app. A short guide on Today explains both. Hours to check, in plain words: a forgotten clock-out or a drive between jobs becomes one question with a one-tap answer. Pay your crew from one sheet: weekly or every two weeks, pay per hour or per week, what everyone is owed, mark it paid, export for payroll. Crew labor counts in every job's costs. Share a receipt to Arez: from Photos, Mail or Files, share the photo or PDF and the cost lands on the job with the total, the store and the date read for you.

Light or dark, your call: every screen now comes in both looks. Pick one in Settings > Appearance, or let Arez follow your phone. A cleaner dashboard: each job is one card with its latest photo, the client and the price. Menus, sheets and forms share the same calm look everywhere. Tasks that get out of the way: one row per task with a + to add a photo, press and hold to edit or delete, drag to reorder, progress at the top. Invoices, simplified: pick the job from a searchable list, swipe a line to remove it, add tax only when you need it, save a draft or send in one tap. Arez learns as you work: every chat, estimate and edit teaches it how you price. Nothing to turn on.

What's new in 2.0.4 • Import your own proposal: Arez copies your logo, colors, wording and payment schedule. • A cleaner 4-step proposal flow with an AI-written project overview. • Keep several estimates on one project and pick which is current. • Invite your team with roles and control what each person sees. • Photos and notes on every task. • Permit lookup finds the permits your job needs, with fees. • Faster photo loading and many fixes.

• Get paid faster — online invoice payments now deposit directly into your own Stripe account. Turn it on in Settings → Payments. • Smarter estimates — Arez now reads floor area, wall length, and dimensions straight from your room scans, so you can quote a job without re-entering measurements. • Cleaner payment setup, plus bug fixes and performance improvements.

New: Import your price list. When you set up your estimator, attach an Excel, Word, or CSV file — or snap a photo of your rate sheet — and the AI reads your prices and labor rates automatically. Fixes & polish: • Fixed buttons and headers that could sit under the status bar or navigation bar on newer devices. • The chat input now stays above the keyboard while you type on Android. • Capped oversized text on Android devices with large font settings. • Various stability improvements.

Arez 2.0 is a major upgrade: • Redesigned project Overview — value, next step, profit, and costs at a glance • Faster, fully itemized AI estimates from a photo, voice note, or a quick description • Redesigned invoices with a clear Draft → Sent → Paid flow and online payments • In-chat photo analysis — snap a job site and get a scoped estimate • LiDAR Room Scanner for instant measurements (Pro) • Tasks, proposals, and job-costing to run the whole job in one place

Get paid faster and run jobs smoother: • Online payments — send any invoice as a secure pay-by-link. Clients pay by bank transfer or card, and the money flows straight to your account. • Payment plans — split a job into a deposit plus milestone payments. • Redesigned project overview — your numbers, your next step, and projected profit at a glance. • Push notifications — know the instant a proposal is signed or an invoice is paid. • Invoices now live in Files with pending/paid status, plus inline PDF previews for proposals and contracts. • Polish across estimates, proposals, and the job-site camera. Thanks for building with Arez!

PERFORMANCE • Recently-opened projects now snap open instantly — no more spinner when returning to a job. • AR renovation preview thumbnails load reliably across app restarts. AR CAMERA • Photos taken in AR mode now save without the on-screen plane-detection overlays. Your renovation previews and client proposals look professional — gray AR grids are visible only while you're framing the shot. • On-screen AR measurements continue to feed the AI estimator with real-world room dimensions. AI ESTIMATING • Task lists now follow construction sequence — demo first, cleanup last, trade order respected. • Material swap requests now update every line item that uses the material. "Change all quartz to Peru quartz" now changes all of them. • Photo uploads of kitchens or bathrooms now prompt for demo scope and finish tier before estimating; skip the questions and the AI generates with clear assumed defaults. • Chat now sees your full project context: expenses logged, invoices outstanding, proposals sent/signed, and room-scan dimensions. AI RENOVATION PREVIEW • No more typing what to change. The AI reads your estimate, walkthrough, and notes, then applies every documented change to the photo automatically. PROPOSAL FLOW • Primary action buttons (Next, Generate Link, Copy Link) are clearly highlighted in green. • Mark as Sent now unlocks only after you copy the proposal link. PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Multi-select delete now asks for confirmation showing the exact project name or count before removing anything.
