Optional tips: tap ⓘ, then Support StampSnap. Tips don't unlock anything, and StampSnap stays free. Crash reporting, so we can find and fix problems faster. Photos, captions and location are never included. Support emails now include your device and app version, which you can edit before sending.

Bug fixes and improvements.

Donate is back. StampSnap stays free — optional Buy Me a Coffee or Bitcoin Lightning tips from About. Support: support@kpstudio.au.

New: Photo quality setting. Choose High (full resolution, best detail), Standard (full resolution, smaller files) or Space saver (smallest files, scaled to 2048px). High keeps the same quality as before, so nothing changes unless you pick a new option. Also removes the Support Development section.

Big speed update: saving, gallery browsing and sharing are now much faster and smoother. New in Settings: choose whether stamped photos are also saved to your Photos library.

Adds optional export to a chosen Files folder, while keeping StampSnap internal gallery, Photos album saves, and cleanup rules separate.

Adds a configurable Photos album destination for saved stamped photos and keeps timed cleanup limited to StampSnap’s internal gallery and editable originals.

Fixed: some recently captured photos could incorrectly show “Original not kept” and block caption editing. StampSnap now links editable originals to the saved photo more reliably, so captions stay editable after saving.

Fixed: a photo’s caption could become uneditable after you edited it once ("Original not kept"). Captions now stay editable. The compass now sits in the opposite corner to the timestamp for a cleaner layout. New timestamp style: "White text only" (no background box).

New: add your own logo. Set a logo once in Settings and it stamps neatly above the timestamp on every photo. Landscape photos now stamp level with the horizon, with the timestamp in the correct corner. Tap anywhere outside the caption box to save it instantly. Smoother pinch-to-zoom, zoom slider, and gallery swiping. Caption and drawing edits in the gallery are more reliable. Stamped photos and their clean originals now stay in sync and expire together.

Improves the camera feedback timing so users see confirmation immediately after taking a photo. Updates caption editing to a smaller Android-style popup and adds a bottom-row Share button in the gallery photo viewer.

Improves gallery deletion so removed StampSnap photos are also deleted from the device photo library. Adds clearer delete confirmation wording and a direct App Store review link in Settings.

Adds draw-on-photo tools with colour choices, improves gallery fullscreen image sizing, and shares edited photos with drawings included.

Improves timestamp/caption placement when rotating the phone between portrait and landscape, and refreshes App Store screenshots with clearer real-app examples.

Adds a Keep forever toggle for clear original images, removes the extra confirmation prompt, and greys out the timed cleanup row while originals are kept forever.

Adds pinch-to-zoom and drag support when viewing captured photos in the gallery, with double-tap to reset zoom.

Improved Android parity: tap the timestamp/caption box to edit captions, lowered top camera controls for easier tapping, added optional compass overlay support, and general camera/gallery polish.

Small polish update: improves the live timestamp overlay placement for a cleaner camera preview.
