Your swims, runs and rides can now flow straight from Apple Health into Rokss. Turn on "Sync workouts from Apple Health" in Profile → Notifications, and each workout shows up on Home, matched to the session in your calendar. You confirm every result before it's saved, and you can import workouts from the last 6 months – ones you've already logged are skipped. • Team challenges – coaches can set one shared goal for a whole team: a total distance before a deadline unlock in order. Every member works through the full goal at their own pace, and coaches can see who hasn't started and give them a nudge. • Ukrainian and Polish – Rokss is now available in Українська and Polski. • My training – your teams and coaches now live together in one tab, with pending requests search. Search makes it easier to find a team or a coach by sport and city. • Chat in the coach tab bar – coaches now reach conversations in one tap. • Goals – when you close a goal, you can fill in the result from a session you've already logged.

Team challenges are here. Your coach can now set one shared target for the whole team – a distance everyone covers, or a ladder of reps you work through one at a time – and the whole team chases it before the deadline. • Coaches create a challenge for any team: pick the sport, set a total distance for everyone to cover, or build a ladder of reps with a fixed distance each or a ramp from a first rep to a last one. You can also require every rep to be faster than the one before it. • Your logged session results count toward a challenge automatically. Sessions that will count are tagged on your home screen and calendar, so you know what is at stake before you train. • Track your own progress next to the team's, see how many teammates have finished, and on a rep ladder see exactly which rep you are on and the pace you need to beat next. • Live and finished challenges appear on your home screen and on the team page, with a recap when one is done: your total, how many of the team finished, and how many days early you got there. • Coaches see every member's status on one screen, including who has not logged a single session yet, and can send those members a nudge. • Notification settings has a new Team challenges switch for coach nudges and reminders about challenges that have gone quiet.

Teams get a proper home in this release: a dedicated team page with cover photo, roster and upcoming events, plus a team-only event list so you can see a team's schedule without scrolling the whole calendar. • RSVP to team events. Coaches get an attendance roster showing who's coming, and can cap the number of attendees on an event. • Coach profiles now show credentials and certifications. • Coaches can edit their teams and add a cover photo. • Redesigned sign-up and onboarding. • Goals: edit a goal while it's open, delete one you no longer need, or close it as "not reached" with a reason. Every goal now shows the distance you've actually covered, broken down by sport with a weekly average. • Quicker result entry – time fields are formatted as you type, and distances default to meters. Fixed: goal progress bars now stay visible at low percentages and show an exact figure, and session cards show which team they belong to.
