AI VOICE ANSWERS YOUR CALLS
- Your AI receptionist on your own number, in French and English: pick a voice, write what it says first, describe your business, and turn it on or off from the keypad.
- It answers questions from what you write, puts callers through to the right person on your team by name, texts them your website, address or a booking link when they ask, and emails you the messages it takes.
- Listen live while it talks to a caller, and take the call in one tap.
- Every answered call is kept with its recording and transcript in Recents.

- Tap AI on the keypad and type who to call and what to ask: book an appointment, confirm a reservation, ask for a price, chase a quote or follow up.
- AI Voice calls from your own business number, in English, French, Spanish or German, or picks the language by itself. It can press keys to get through a phone menu.
- Follow the call from the keypad: listen live, press keys yourself, or take the call in one tap.
- Every AI Voice call is kept with its result and full transcript. Save briefs, pick from your contacts, set a maximum call length.

Subscriptions renew automatically; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
No ads, no advertising identifier, no cross-app tracking. Communications encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Data stored primarily in Canada. Compliant with Quebec Law 25, federal PIPEDA, and EU GDPR where applicable.
EMERGENCY CALLS
26 Connect is an internet-based phone service. It does not replace a landline and does not guarantee access to 911 / E911. In an emergency, use a traditional phone or a mobile.
