SwoleX is the workout app built for lifters who actually show up. Log your training, share it to your feed, and watch others hit your exact routine — with weights automatically scaled to their own history. That's the SwoleX loop: post a workout, someone taps DO WORKOUT, and they're training your program in seconds. TRACK EVERY LIFT Log sets, reps, and weight with a clean, fast interface built for use between sets — not after the gym. Your history builds automatically into a personal performance record with streaks, PRs, and volume charts. EAT LIKE YOU TRAIN Log food in seconds — search the food library or pull from your saved My Foods. Pick a diet style — Balanced, High Protein, Keto, Low Carb, Mediterranean, Endurance, or Zone — add your goal and activity level, and SwoleX sets your daily calorie and macro targets for you. Pro adds barcode scanning and describe-a-meal AI that breaks down the macros for you. MEAL PLANS BUILT AROUND YOUR MACROS Tell Kevin your diet style and the foods you actually eat, choose which meals to plan — even just dinner — and get a multi-day plan with a grocery list in real shopping quantities: a dozen eggs, a pint of berries, 3.5 lb of chicken. Adjust any portion, then log a single item, a whole meal, or the whole day. Export any plan as a clean PDF to print or share. MEET KEVIN — YOUR AI STRENGTH COACH Tap AI WORKOUT and Kevin assembles a session tailored to your training history, goals, and how you're feeling that day. Every set is pre-scaled to your actual strength — no guessing, no math. DO WORKOUTS FROM THE FEED Every post in SwoleX is executable. See a chest day you like? Tap DO WORKOUT and run it yourself — weights automatically adjust to your level. Your results link back to the original, giving the creator credit and building their following. LIFT TOGETHER, LIVE Training with someone? Start a live session and invite them. You each run the same workout with weights scaled to your own strength, so you're on the same exercise without lifting the same numbers. Watch each other's sets land as they happen, nudge a partner who's been resting a while, and finish on a shared recap with one group card crediting everyone who lifted. PROGRAMS & PREMIUM CONTENT Browse structured programs from coaches and top creators. Follow a 5-day split, an 8-week strength block, or a conditioning circuit — and execute every session directly from the app. SHARE YOUR WINS Auto-generated share cards let you blast your completed workouts to Instagram Stories, TikTok, and Snapchat. Every post drives new users back into the app. FREE — NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED • Unlimited workout logging • Full exercise library • Workout history, PRs, and volume charts • Food logging & saved My Foods library • Daily calorie and macro targets • Automatic Google Drive backup • Social feed + DO WORKOUT from any post • Live workouts with friends — real-time sets, shared recap • Rest timer • 1 AI use per week — Kevin workout or AI-parsed log SWOLEX PRO — $9.99/month or $79.99/year • Unlimited AI — Kevin workouts & AI-parsed logs • Barcode scanning & describe-a-meal AI food logging • Kevin-built meal plans with grocery lists • Kevin's training analysis — calibration, momentum, and an action plan for the week ahead • Kevin scales every shared workout to your actual strength • Premium SwoleX programs • CSV data export Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. SwoleX 1.5.6 — Your bodyweight counts, and search finds what you meant. • The volume trend counts your bodyweight. Dips, pull-ups and push-ups moved real weight — yours — but the weekly chart drew only what you loaded on a bar, so a hard calisthenics week looked like a light one. Bodyweight now sits stacked on each bar in its own shade, with the loaded number unchanged beneath it. Your back catalogue counts too: past sessions were recalculated, so the trend reflects training you already did rather than starting from a blank slate. Weeks with no bodyweight recorded simply have no bodyweight portion — not a zero, because "we don't know" and "you did none" are different things. • Search stops burying what you asked for. Typing "incline press" used to return Bench Press, Board Press, Hex Press, JM Press and half the leg machines before the incline presses themselves — because the bench those lifts need is called an "adjustable incline/decline bench", and the word leaked into everything that touches one. Your words now have to match the exercise, not its furniture. • Two versions of the same lift, in the same plan. Barbell incline press AND the plate-loaded one, together. The equipment chips used to behave like a dial where picking one replaced the other, so the only way to get both was to add the second mid-workout. They're checkboxes now, and the row shows a count so a second pick is never a surprise. • Meal plans have a real Export button. It was a small share icon at the top of a long page, which told you nothing about what it did. There's now a labelled EXPORT PDF at the bottom, where you've just finished reading the grocery list — and exported files arrive with their actual name instead of a string of hex. • Lifting with a friend follows YOUR screen. Their tab used to show whichever exercise they happened to be standing on, so you couldn't look back at how they did on the bench once they'd moved on. It now follows the exercise you're looking at, and where they actually are becomes a tap that takes you there. • When something breaks, we hear about it. A request that never came back used to fail quietly — no error, nothing recorded. Those now reach us, and the message tells you which kind of failure it was. Train hard. Prove it.
