Write a house guide — bins, wifi, alarm, pets, who to call — or let AI draft one for you to correct. Preview exactly what your sitter will see before you share a thing. Then hand it over however suits them: invite them to the app by email or mobile number, give them a read-only web link that works on any phone or laptop, or email them the whole guide to keep. Their copy shows how to work every appliance — with instructions, manuals and how-to videos you can look up in advance — and in the app they can join your wifi with one tap and send you a problem report or a photographed bill from the letterbox. Nothing else: no tasks, no budget, no valuations. Set the dates when you invite them (planning the trip in Family Holiday? It fills them in for you) and access ends by itself the day after you're home. Or end it any time with one tap. SCAN MY EMAIL Connect your inbox and Maicasa quietly files what matters to the house: bills are recorded beside your budget, receipts for things you've bought become inventory items, and a tradie's invoice flags the job it was for.
