F280 results are preliminary planning estimates, not compliance certificates or professional engineering sign-off.

Version 1.3 makes field review faster and multi-area handoff more reliable. • Tap a surface or object in the 3D Building Twin to open its input form automatically. • Park a completed area, add another scan, and use Dashboard to upload all parked areas in the building. • Parked 3D models and upload receipts persist across app restarts. • Mark a dashboard-assigned scan complete after all intended areas are uploaded. • Use the new Hybrid appearance to see component colors with wireframe context. • Fit Building is now available directly in the viewer, with a larger, more compact review workspace. • Improved door and window classification while keeping uncertain openings clearly flagged for review. • Floor-to-ceiling height now accompanies floor and wall area in measurement exports. • The Appliances tab now focuses on assets declared from scanned models. • Refined setup and home-detail review screens, scan guidance, measurement summaries, and stability when saving asset details.

Improved ML model

The machine learning model is optimized. The FS280 data collection is verbose with proper data evidence for both thermal as well as building geometry value.
