Intelligent College Recruiting

Find colleges that fit your game and goals. Explore programs, track coach conversations, and plan your next recruiting move with RecruitedXI.
RecruitedXI is a college soccer recruiting app for players and parents running the process themselves — built for the talented 95% playing outside the elite academy pipeline.
Most college-ready players never get seen. Not because they can't play, but because recruiting has turned into a pay-to-play machine: five-figure club seasons, recruiting services that cost thousands, ID camps that work more like fundraisers than tryouts. And the mass-email platforms families pay for? University mail servers send an estimated 20–60% of those template blasts straight to spam.
Here's what actually works: up to 94% of college coaches say their preferred channel is a direct, personal email from the athlete. Recruiting isn't a secret — it's a process. A family that understands it, targets the right programs, and stays organized can run it better than any middleman.
RecruitedXI teaches you that process and keeps you organized while you run it.
LEARN THE PROCESS — FREE
• Short, focused lessons on how college soccer recruiting actually works
• A recruiting timeline with milestones, deadlines, and next steps
• Straight answers on coach outreach, follow-ups, showcases, visits, offers, and recruiting terminology
• A plain-language glossary of key college soccer terms
• Built-in questions for coaches, so you walk into emails, calls, camps, and campus visits prepared
• Lesson and checklist tracking, so you always know your next step
• Separate player and parent roles — each of you gets guidance that fits, and you stay aligned instead of adding confusion
RUN YOUR OUTREACH — XI INTEL (PREMIUM)
When your recruiting turns active, XI Intel unlocks the intelligence layer: which programs actually fit, which rosters have real openings, and where every coach conversation stands.
• Enter your stats, academics, and location preferences, and get matched with programs that genuinely fit — dead ends weeded out before you waste a single email
• AI roster analysis scans active college rosters for real positional gaps, so you contact programs that need your position — not a mailing list
• Build and manage your college coach list in one place
• Log conversations, replies, notes, and follow-up dates
• See where every program stands with the coach pipeline
• Organize outreach with templates and a full activity history
• Send follow-ups before coach interest goes cold
NO CONTRACTS. NO SALES CALLS.
XI Intel is $7 a month. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, no sales reps calling your house. Cancel anytime, in one tap, inside the app.
WHO IT'S FOR
Travel, high school, NPL, and ECNL Regional League players who know they can compete at the next level — DII, DIII, NAIA, JUCO, and beyond — and parents who want to protect their kid's shot without gambling the college fund.
Your talent isn't the problem. The system is. If you're looking for a college soccer recruiting app with real lessons, timelines, school matching, roster intel, and coach tracking — not a sales pitch — RecruitedXI puts the process in your hands.
