It replaces the clipboards, carpool radios, paper hall pass binders, and disconnected legacy tools that hold the school day together, and gives staff one shared, real-time system across every device. Built for the people who actually run the day: the carpool team, the front desk, the nurse, the substitute who walked in cold. CARPOOL DISMISSAL Run the dismissal window with named carpool lanes, vans, walkers, drivers, buses, and rideshare. Rearrange the live line as cars arrive, hold a family until siblings are ready, and release them the moment their ride pulls up. Handle change of car, change of riders, and split families on a per-day basis. HALL PASSES Issue a pass in a few taps. Live timers run on every staff device, so the front office, nurse, and security all see who is out and for how long. Overdue passes surface automatically. ATTENDANCE Attendance built for real K-12 schedules: block periods, advisory, A and B days, and substitute-friendly screens. Fast tap-in with optional NFC. VISITOR MANAGEMENT Check visitors in and out, capture who they are here to see, and keep a clean log for the front desk. EMERGENCY RESPONSE Lockdown, fire, weather shelter, and secure-perimeter, initiated from an admin device and pushed to every staff phone, with per-room acknowledgment so leadership knows who is accounted for. TEACHER VIEW A real-time roster that tells each classroom teacher exactly which of their students to send outside, and when. ACCESS AND ROLES Role-based access for administrators, front desk, teachers, helpers, nurses, and security. Student information, authorized pickups, and delegates are managed by school administrators. OnePass requires a school-provided staff account.
