A big polish update for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. • Trailer previews: movie and series pages now play the trailer in place of the artwork — muted, on Wi-Fi or Ethernet only, filling the screen without black bars. Tap the speaker to turn the sound on. It never plays over your film and returns to the artwork when it ends. • One simple Resume button: when you've started a title, the big button becomes Resume, and the time left ("1h 26m left") appears under the title. • Apple TV: a cleaner detail page — Favorite, Play and Sound side by side above the title, and the remote always finds its way back up to Play. • Apple TV: fixed audio arriving ahead of the picture on HomePod and AirPlay speakers. • Subtitle size now changes instantly while you watch — no restart. • Smarter subtitles: in automatic mode they follow your language, like the big streaming apps. • The app follows your device language, and changing the language updates every screen at once. • Search shows Live TV first, then Radio, Movies, Series and People. • Tidier Movies and Series grids on iPhone, a larger title artwork on detail pages and a fixed actor page. • Genre rows no longer repeat the same film; if a title has several versions, you choose one. • Redesigned subscription screen. • Fixed a short freeze when leaving Live TV while a channel was still opening. • Full-screen trailers play correctly again. • Many smaller fixes: logout confirmation, series favorites, streaming services shown for your own region.
