Yoléevent Door is how your team checks tickets at events on Yoléevent. Scan a ticket, and you know at once whether to let the guest in. No extra hardware, just your phone.
LET GUESTS IN FAST
• Scan the QR code on a guest's phone or on a printed ticket
• See the result at once: the guest's name, ticket type and order number
• Printed passes show how many admissions they have left
• Turn on the flash to scan in a dark venue
STOP BAD TICKETS AT THE DOOR
• Each ticket gets in once. A reused ticket is refused, with the time it was first scanned and whose ticket it is
• Tickets for another event, fake codes and tickets for cancelled events are refused, with a plain reason
• If the connection drops, the app tells you the ticket was not checked, so you can try again. It never guesses
KNOW WHO'S IN
• Organizers see expected guests, check-ins, show-up rate and refused scans as they happen
• Door staff see their own scans: let in, refused, and the latest one
• Every scan, let in or refused, appears in the recent scans list
• Several phones can scan at the same door, and the organizer's numbers count them all

2. Sign in with Google or Apple, using the email address the invitation was sent to
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the invitation email
4. Choose your event and start scanning
Yoléevent Door is for event organizers and their door staff, and needs an internet connection to check tickets. To buy tickets or create an event, visit yoleevent.com.

YOLE Scan is now Yoléevent Door, and version 3.0 is a big update to how your door team works.
• Your own account: sign in with Google or Apple. The shared event access code is gone
• Door teams: the organizer invites you by email, and you join with the 6-digit code from the invitation
• Choose the event you're scanning for. Tickets for any other event are refused
• Clearer results: a refused ticket now tells you why, such as already scanned (with when, and whose ticket it is), wrong event, not a Yoléevent ticket, or event cancelled
• Printed passes show how many admissions they have left
• If the connection drops, the app tells you the ticket was not checked, with a button to try again
• The report shows organizers the whole door, and door staff their own scans
• You can delete your account from Settings
Also changed: printed tickets are now activated in the Yoléevent app, and check-out scanning has been removed.
