Watch Metrics on Athlete Results — Pro Trainer-sent Apple Watch workouts now sync heart rate, active calories, distance, average BPM, max BPM, and full session details back to the trainer’s view. Flags in the Language Picker The language picker now uses country flags for faster recognition, improves the selected language style, and keeps the picker readable on iPad. Create a Folder While Sharing You can now create a new folder directly from the share extension. New folders appear instantly, are selected automatically, and duplicate folder names are avoided.

Photo-rich notes are shared through iCloud Link using CloudKit assets, making sharing more reliable for larger notes. Smarter Currency Switching Changing your primary expense currency now re-converts existing expenses using their original input currency. Security Lock — New settings section with: • Face ID & Passcode toggle — Enabling it triggers a Face ID/passcode check to confirm. If auth fails, the toggle stays off. • Lock After timing — Three options: Immediately, After 1 minute, After 5 minutes.
