Turn scattered incidents into a clear timeline. Log privately, set an optional reminder, and build a readable evidence package when you need it.
Observe. Document. Let the pattern speak.
When a noisy neighbor, a misplaced fence, or a barking dog has disrupted life for months, words alone may not move a landlord, mediator, or small-claims judge. Time-stamped documentation can. NeighborLog is a private evidence journal for that work.
Log an incident with its time, type, severity, observations, and impact. Measure noise in decibels without buying a meter. Preserve photo timestamps and GPS coordinates. Track complaints and outcomes. Then surface the pattern: "34 incidents over six months, 86 percent on Friday and Saturday nights."
This is not a reporting app. It does not contact your neighbor, the city, or anyone else. It is a private notebook that organizes facts so they hold up later.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
- No account. No login. No cloud upload.

So they claim that it’s a free app with no up sale. You are only allowed to record 10 incidents before you have to pay for pro I upgraded to pro and then I was trying to get the reports/logs and they don’t show up. I tried opening it into Acrobat to view the PDF because I was gonna try and just print it, but it showed up as eight blank pages which is weird in Acrobat. Which gives me the option of doing an AI summary, that was able to provide me a summary of what is in this document however I can’t see any words it is as if they have used invisible ink but for a computer so it’s a complete waste of your time and/or money. I don’t know what they’re trying to do, but they’re lying don’t bother with this app. I’m now gonna have to enter everything into a different program and the entire purpose of what this app is supposed to do does not work and yeah, they’re gonna strong-arm you with the fact that you can’t log more than 10 incidents and then you’re gonna want to report and like it won’t even show up even if you do upgrade it’s a scam it’s bullThis is what my basic incident summary provided. (Remember I chose the upgrade even). It includes the entire provided text of the report, I had 11 incidents UpstairsGenerated Jun 18, 2026- 12:28 PMTotal incidents:Active since:Dispute types:NeighborLog free incident summary. The full evidence package PDF (with photos, communications, complaintsdamages, wnesses, and pattern analysis) is avallable with NeighborLog Pro.Generated on-deviceNeighborLog does not provide legal advice.
Developer Response
We’re sorry—an unreadable PDF is unacceptable. We found a dark-mode rendering bug that can draw white text on a white PDF page. Your records are still intact; until the fix is released, please use Evidence > Generate Report > Markdown summary for a readable export. We’re also improving how the 10-incident free limit is explained. Please contact captainlongevity@gmail.com if you’d like help exporting your records.
• Clearer annual subscription pricing and free-trial information based on your Apple Account’s eligibility.
• Updated noise meter processes sound on your device without recording, saving or uploading audio. Saved measurements contain numeric results only.
• Noise measurement stops automatically when you leave the meter or the app moves to the background.
