• Invite your volunteers from the app: type or paste a list of email addresses, or upload a spreadsheet (CSV), check the list and send. A fresh new look We've redesigned KindSquare from top to bottom — cleaner, brighter screens and our new logo — so finding and managing volunteer opportunities is easier than ever. What's new • Refreshed design across every screen • Coordinators: a simple step-by-step way to create opportunities, plus clearer dashboards, attendance, analytics and groups • Volunteers: a smoother Discover, commitments and skip-a-date experience • Redesigned sign-in and sign-up • Lots of polish and fixes under the hood Thank you for volunteering with us

What's new in this update • Check in at your sessions by scanning your coordinator's QR code — your hours are logged automatically. • Waitlist for full opportunities — see your position in the queue and get an email or push the moment a spot opens. • Manage which emails KindSquare sends you, including the weekly opportunities digest. • For coordinators: show a check-in QR for volunteers to scan, and mark attendance from your phone with a live roster on every session. • Refreshed opportunity browsing — opportunities now show in a clean, scannable list view so you can find what you're looking for faster. • Smaller fixes and polish across the app.

Coordinators can now bulk-edit time, location, and notes across many dates at once. Affected sessions show a "Custom for this date" indicator so volunteers see at a glance when an instance differs from the usual schedule.
