CREWCOMPASS – Layover Guide
Layover Guide for Airline Crew
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Crew Compass is the layover companion built for airline cabin crew and pilots — a friendly, mobile-first toolkit that turns every layover city into familiar ground.
Whether you have 12 hours or 48, Crew Compass helps you sleep better, eat better, pray on time, and explore safely.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Crew-Reviewed Hotels & Tips
Real reviews and insider tips from working crew. Find the quiet floor, the best breakfast, the nearest pharmacy — all from people who've actually stayed there.
• My Mood Engine
Tell us how you feel — Eat, Chill, Explore, or Surprise Me — and get nearby places matched to your mood, walking distance, and ratings. Powered by crew picks plus OpenStreetMap so you'll always find something good.
• Jet Lag Recovery Engine
A simple fatigue self-assessment that gives you a recovery score, sleep insight, and a personalized plan based on your schedule and time-zone change.
• Prayer Times & Qibla
Accurate prayer times for any city, an in-flight prayer calculator that works fully offline at 35,000 feet, and a built-in Qibla compass.
• Currency Converter
Live exchange rates for every layover currency — no more mental math at the souk.
• City Guides
Hand-picked, crew-curated guides to every layover city: top neighborhoods, transit tips, safety notes, weather, and what's open right now.
• SOS Hub
One screen for emergency numbers, nearest hospital, embassy contacts, and lost-passport steps in your current country.
• Meet Crew (Privacy-First)
Optional opt-in feature to discover other crew on the same layover. Mutual intro required before any chat. Reports, blocks, and message expiry built in.
• Works Offline
Save your hotels, prayer times, and city guides for the flight. The In-Flight Prayer Calculator and Qibla work with zero signal.
BUILT FOR CREW LIFE
Crew Compass respects your privacy, your downtime, and your dignity. No noisy notifications. No location tracking when you're off duty. No social-media pressure.
Just the tools you actually use, in a clean, fast app that works on the bus from the airport, in the hotel elevator, and on the long-haul down the back.
Made by crew, for crew. Safe flights and good rest.
