Reception adds a Deliveries tab: every drop-off and pickup logged at this entrance, with who it's for, the carrier, any pickup reference, when it arrived and whether the recipient was told. Today's count sits on the tab.

Couriers can now log a pickup as well as a drop-off, or both in one stop. Safety videos wait for the visitor to press play, and the progress bar runs all the way to the end. Buildings shared by several companies can check visitors in twice: a temporary badge at the building entrance, then the final badge at the company's own lobby. Reception adds an emergency button with an evacuation roll call. Consent a visitor already gave, and that is still valid, is not asked for again. The kiosk returns to English after 10 minutes untouched.

The lobby clock now shows the time at the site, not the time the iPad happens to be set to. A kiosk configured in one region and installed in another no longer greets visitors with the wrong time. The five languages in the picker now translate the whole visit, not just the welcome screen. Spanish, German, Japanese and Korean visitors keep their language through company details, purpose, safety policy, consent, photo, signature and the confirmation screen.

• The kiosk no longer returns to the welcome screen while someone is still using it — including part-way through a delivery drop-off, a long host list, or a signature. • Checking out by badge works again on multi-company sites, and offers to check out the rest of a group when there is one. • Reception: each visitor now shows the company they came to see, so a front desk serving several companies can tell visits apart at a glance.

• Reception mode: front-desk staff can see who's on site, check visitors out, reprint a badge, and search visit history — behind a separate reception PIN, on the kiosks you choose. • Badge printing that looks after itself: the kiosk reconnects to the printer on its own after a power cycle, and can print over Wi‑Fi if Bluetooth is unavailable. • Manage printer connections from the GatesFlow dashboard. • Deliveries on multi-company campuses can be addressed to a specific company. • If camera access was switched off, a one-tap shortcut to Settings gets it back — on pairing, check-in and checkout. • The kiosk now returns to the welcome screen on its own after any abandoned step.

Check out, not just in — visitors scan their printed badge to sign out, and scheduled groups can leave together in one step. • Safety induction videos: upload an MP4 and require visitors to watch it before check-in completes. Records who watched to the end. • Consent documents: upload waivers, policies and NDAs. Each agreement is stamped with the document version against that visit. • Custom welcome screen: your own background photo or a cycling slideshow, with adjustable dimming so text stays readable. • Deliveries: couriers log a drop-off and the recipient is notified. • Guest Wi-Fi QR on the welcome screen. • The kiosk now shows the site's local time rather than whatever timezone the iPad was set up in. • More reliable Bluetooth printing. The kiosk now confirms the printer has taken every byte before closing the connection, and reports paper, cover and media problems the moment it sees them rather than when a badge fails to print. • The kiosk reconnects to a Brother printer on its own when the accessory comes back, instead of waiting for someone to notice.
