ConstruLog – Document with AI
Photos, voice & PDF in 30 secs
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Snap jobsite photos with GPS and timestamps, speak your notes, and let AI draft the daily report as a client-ready PDF. Start free.
Document your jobsite in under two minutes — then let AI write the report for you.
ConstruLog is the fastest way for contractors and field teams to capture site conditions, record voice notes, and deliver professional PDF reports to clients — all from a single mobile app, with no paperwork and no office time wasted.
Take photos on site. GPS coordinates and timestamps are added automatically. Record a voice note while you walk the site and Whisper AI transcribes it in real time, folding your spoken observations directly into the report. When you are ready, GPT-4o analyzes your captures and produces a complete, professionally formatted PDF in under 30 seconds.
Send the report to your client from the app and collect a legally binding digital signature remotely. No printing, no scanning, no delays.
ConstruLog works fully offline. Capture photos and record notes anywhere on site — in basements, tunnels, or areas with no signal — and everything syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Track progress over time with AI-powered before-and-after comparisons. The app detects changes between visits, flags delays, and gives you a visual record of every milestone across the project lifecycle.
Available on iOS, and web, with everything synced in real time across every device your team uses.
Used by over 500 contractors worldwide. Over 10,000 professional reports generated.
Plans start at $29 per month. No credit card required to start your free trial.
