Superyacht Interiors. Sorted.
Your cellar, crew uniform, and everything else in between. Counted in real time, seen across your entire interior team.
Sea·it is real-time inventory for superyacht interior teams. Your cellar, crew uniform and everything else in between, live on every device on board.
Stop guessing. Start knowing.
You deliver a seven-star guest experience. You should not be fighting a spreadsheet that lives on one laptop and is out of date before service has even started.
ONE APP, EVERY INTERIOR INVENTORY
Alcohol. Every bottle by category, producer, vintage, size and storage location, with low-stock alerts before you run dry mid-charter.
Tobacco. Cigars and humidor stock by brand, size and box count, so the humidor is as accountable as the cellar.
Uniform. The vessel's wardrobe by category and size, issued per crew member, with sizes stored once so nobody has to ask who wears what.
General. Crystal, linen, artwork, table accessories and any other category you build yourself.
STOCK GOES IN, IN SECONDS
Scan a label. Point the camera at a bottle and it is identified and added, with name, producer, vintage and category filled in for you.
Import an invoice. Upload the delivery note and the whole order is read and entered in one pass, line by line.
Enter it by hand. For the one-offs, the gifts and the pieces that need a little more detail.
Every item carries its own photo, description, vendor, value and storage location, so the item is identifiable by anyone on the team, not just the person who logged it.
PAPERWORK, ALREADY DONE
Customs declaration. Every bottle and tobacco unit with size, quantity, litres, unit price and declared value, subtotalled by category and ready to hand to your agent.
Full inventory report. The complete internal record with locations, vendors and values, or with prices hidden for a clean stock-count sheet.
Crew activity log. Who changed what, and when.
Uniform handover. A signed-off record when a crew member joins or leaves.
Export any of it as PDF.
BUILT FOR YACHT CREW, NOT A WAREHOUSE
Every screen is designed around the day-to-day of a working stew, not a stock controller. The count syncs instantly, so the whole team is on the same number at the same moment.
Damage and loss recorded against the item itself, with a photo, rather than remembered by one person.
Location mapping, so every item knows which locker, pantry or store it belongs to.
Uniform tracked for the whole crew, whether or not they use the app.
WHO IT IS FOR
Chief stewardesses and interior teams on vessels 30m and above, private or charter. Captains, management and the owner's office get a record they can trust.
Built by yacht crew, around the way the department actually runs.
Sea·it works on iPhone and iPad.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
An important fix, and a faster Sea·it.
• Fixed: Sea·it now opens on iPhones running iOS 27. Sorry to anyone who was caught out, and thank you for your patience.
• Faster all round: folders, item lists and item pages open straight away, and lists don't download again when nothing has changed.
Thank you for all your feedback. Keep it coming!
