Exchange your currencies directly with other individuals, at the real market rate and with no markup on the exchange rate.
SWAP Direct connects identity-verified members who want to exchange currencies: euro, CFA franc (XOF, XAF), Congolese franc (CDF), dollar and many more, notably with Ivory Coast, Cameroon and the DRC, depending on available countries. Each person hands over their money in their own country, by bank transfer or Mobile Money: nothing crosses the border.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Find an offer that suits you, or publish your own for free in one minute.
2. Accept the exchange and pay your service fee: by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Wave. A credit or a discount code can reduce it.
3. Each person sends the agreed funds in their own country, then declares having received theirs. The exchange is complete and your receipts are available.
AN EXCHANGE TRACKED FROM START TO FINISH
• Every step is shown: offer accepted, exchange started, funds received, exchange completed.
• Notifications for every action of the other member.
• Built-in messaging with translation, audio and video calls, which you can record to keep proof in case of dispute.
• PDF receipts: exchange receipt, fee payment receipt and, where applicable, refund receipt.
• In-app support, in writing or by voice message.
SECURITY, COMPLIANCE AND TRANSPARENCY
• Tiered identity verification, which may include an official ID, facial verification and a liveness check.
• Compliance, fraud prevention, AML/CFT and screening checks related to sanctions and geographic restrictions.
• SWAP Direct does not receive, hold or transfer the exchanged funds: they move directly between members, through the agreed methods.
• Service fee of 0.5% incl. VAT payable by each user and shown before confirmation.
• Availability varies by country, currency, payment method, verification level and applicable restrictions.
Godare Consulting SAS is registered with ORIAS under no. 26009472 as a banking operations and payment services broker (COBSP). Its intermediation activity falls within the supervision of the ACPR under the conditions set out in the French Monetary and Financial Code.
Escrow Mode and cash exchanges are not yet active. Any future activation will be announced in the app together with the applicable terms.
