Fixed a bug that kept asking you to turn on notifications even if you already declined. The "Open free route in Maps" button now only appears when TollCast tells you to take the free route.

Fixed: The chart now shows the complete peak window — 5:30–9:30 AM eastbound and 3:00–7:00 PM westbound. Previously it was cut off 15 minutes early, which hid the live price dot near the end of peak.
