Long-press any video thumbnail, tap Download Video, and it's yours — plane mode, road trip, spotty church Wi-Fi, whatever. Manage everything from the new Downloaded tab. Delete them when you're done hoarding sermon content. Push Notifications Get a notification the moment new videos are uploaded. Tap the notification and it drops you straight into the video — no hunting through menus. Because life's too short to tap five times to find the new sermon. Share Any Moment A little bookmark icon now rides along the timeline while you watch. It follows the playhead in real time. Tap it to share that exact moment in the video with anyone — they'll get a link that opens right to that timestamp. Perfect for "you NEED to hear what he said at 47 minutes." Share Your Playlists Created the perfect playlist? Share it as a formatted list via text, email, or any app. Hit the share button in any playlist to send the whole lineup. New Content Indicators Blue dots appear on category tabs when new videos have been added in the last 3 days. Red dots show which category is currently streaming live. No more guessing where the new stuff is. Speed Boost Thumbnails now load in parallel during the splash screen using a faster image format. By the time you see the home screen, every category already has its thumbnails cached. Switching between Sermons, Children's, Music — instant. No more staring at gray boxes. Chromecast Removed We removed Google Cast. AirPlay works better, doesn't require a separate SDK the size of a small country, and you were already using it anyway. Playlist Overhaul Playlists got a full rebuild under the hood. Creating playlists, browsing them, tapping into them — all more reliable now. The "Create Playlist" button actually creates playlists again, which we consider a significant improvement. Fixes Nobody Asked About But Everyone Benefits From • Push notifications no longer open to whatever screen you were last on — they go to the actual video • Share button no longer sits on top of the play/pause controls like an uninvited guest • Viewing sessions no longer split into fragments, so your watch history makes sense • App badge clears when you open the app instead of haunting you forever • Playlists no longer vanish after updates like they were in witness protection
