PioneerFix Tech is the field service companion app for technicians on the go. Whether you're at a job site, in the truck, or off-grid, PioneerFix Tech keeps your work organized — without the office overhead.
Built for HVAC, dryer-vent, and other in-home service technicians, PioneerFix Tech replaces paperwork, scattered photos, and missed updates with a single app that follows your day. Accounts are provisioned by your dispatcher; once you're in, every job, photo, note, and payment lives in one place.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN'T
PioneerFix Tech is offline-first. Every note, photo, and update queues locally and uploads in the
background as soon as you reconnect. No more "I'll update it when I'm back at the shop" — your
dispatcher sees your progress in real time once the network is there.
PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN
Location is collected only while you're actively clocked in for a shift, and stops the second you clock
out. Photos go directly to your dispatcher's account on Stripe-secured infrastructure — nothing routes
through third-party advertisers. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), do not access your
contacts, and do not collect data the app doesn't need.

• Account provisioned by your dispatcher (no public sign-up)
• iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later
• Active internet connection for first-time login (works offline thereafter)
