Create folders for yourself and family members. DocuSmart can suggest an owner when it finds a clear name match. Review the suggestion and change the folder whenever you need to.
LESS MANUAL SORTING
Suggested categories help organize invoices, receipts, certificates, identity documents and other paperwork. Edit document names, details and text to keep your library useful.
USEFUL PDF TOOLS
Arrange and rotate pages, combine PDFs, export selected pages or create a searchable PDF. Redact private information in a separate copy before sharing. Original files stay in your library.
CONTROL YOUR LIBRARY
Enable app lock with the authentication available on your device. Create and restore local backup files, and recover documents from Recently Deleted.
ON-DEVICE TEXT RECOGNITION
Document recognition runs locally using Apple Vision. DocuSmart does not send your document content to an OCR server. Ads, purchases and some system services, such as downloading photos from iCloud, may need an internet connection. Third-party advertising services may process data as described in the privacy policy.
FREE AND PREMIUM
The free version requires one completed rewarded ad for each document saved. A multi-page document counts as one save. Premium unlocks unlimited document saves and saving without rewarded ads, including batch saving.
Text recognition and automatic suggestions can make mistakes. Check important names, amounts and dates against the original document.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
